Fresno/Clovis, CA—Gospel Trip, Report 5
In Fresno State University, there was a student eating her lunch, and the saints talked to her and asked her if she had ever read the Bible. The student responded yes, that she grew up Christian and had her Bible in her backpack. The saints asked her which version she read, she pulled out her own Bible, and they read Matthew 1:1. After reading the verse and footnote, she decided to receive the Recovery Version and the saints let her go. As the student was walking into the building, a sister ran to her and mentioned that there was a seminar upstairs and she was happy and open to go. When she went to the seminar, the front door said no food or drinks so she came back to the student and told her. The sister told her that she could leave her food with her and come back for it when they are done. In the seminar, the topic was on John 6, about Jesus being in you boat. There was discussion on that section and she participated and shared that to take Jesus into your boat is to take Him into your life and situation. Afterwards, they all prayed together and invited Him to their lives right then. At the end before she left, she filled out the survey. The question asked, “What she enjoy the most or what was the most interesting?” She responded with one word, “Acceptance.” When the saints are standing on this flow, there is an automatic expression. All those that are contacted will notice, continue being under the flow!
