On Monday morning, we had our coordination with the local saints. We began the time by singing hymns and sharing to one another. The saints here mentioned that they were somewhat apprehensive about gospel activities, but were willing to receive the supply from the Lord. 2 Cor. 12:9 says, “And He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” When we confess that we are weak, that is when the Lord can empower us.

Immediately after the coordination, we went to a neighborhood in Central Point for door-knocking. Although many people were Christians and have plenty of Bibles, they got interested in the Recovery Version Bible after we introduced its features. In the evening, we had a love feast and Bible study time. It was first time for many of new ones to experience a released singing. They felt it was very new and exciting.

Today after the coordination, we divided into two teams. One team did tabling at RCC (Rogue Community College) student union and downtown library. Another team went to the nearby neighborhood for door-knocking. It was very encouraging to see so many students interested in the Bible. One student told me that she just got baptized in January and she was so excited to receive a study Bible. She can’t wait to open and read it. A lot of students even asked about joining our singing time and Bible study. We really sensed that the Lord answered our prayers by softening their hearts.
