Palo, Alto, CA—Gospel Trip, Report 1
The gospel trip in Palo Alto has begun in a strong way and with much prayer. It has been a wonderful experience to enter into the burden of the local saints for the city of Palo Alto and Stanford University. The first couple of days have been filled with prayer and getting to know the burdened saints.
Tonight we enjoyed the Lord with the young people and shared our experience in the FTTA. For many of the young people, this was their first time interacting with trainees in such a way.
Prayer Burdens:
- Pray for the young people to be preserved in their pursuit of the Lord and that they would contact the Lord concerning how the FTTA would fit into their future.
- We will begin contacting students at Stanford on Monday. Please pray for the Lord to prepare and open the hearts of His seekers on that campus.
Jackson, MS/Birmingham, AL—Gospel Trip, Report 2
Our Saturday, January 26, was spent passing out flyers, with information on the Recovery Version, the Recovery Version Bible and several ministry books, to customers in the Walmart store at Flowood, MS. Our objective was twofold:
- To have a great conversation with individuals, so that we would get to know them, obtain their contact information, and hopefully have another appointment with them
- To get the truth into their hands.
We could testify that the Lord really blessed this time. Despite most people being very busy and many saying that they were not interested because they already have Bibles, the majority still accepted the flyers and several actually came to the tables, gave their contact information, and received a free copy. At the end of the day we went to the young people’s meeting. It was refreshing and encouraging to see all these young ones go on in the Lord. The topic was on training, and it was very timely that the trainees were there to share something about the training.
Statistics:
- We had 31 contacts who gave their contact information and were interested to receive a Bible
- We passed out around 800 flyers and hundreds of small cards with information on the radio station
- We also passed out a few copies of booklets and books such as The All-inclusive Christ, The Glorious Church, and Basic Elements of the Christian Life, vol. 1,2,3.
Prayer Burdens:
- Pray for all the 31 contacts we had and their receiving of the NT Recovery Version.
- Pray for the four new ones attending the truth pursuit and prophesying meeting tomorrow morning.
- Pray for the young people and their going on.

Orlando, FL—Gospel Trip, Report 2
These past two days were so eventful, so we apologize if this email is on the longer side. On Day 2, we tabled at UCF & distributed 106 Bibles in four hours! The students on that campus were very hungry for a study Bible & almost all of the six trainees were engaged with the students at the same time! Many were believers who had been meaning to get a study Bible and we encouraged them to read it alongside their current Bible and to get into the footnotes. There was also a number of them who were eager to have a Bible study, so they were contacted (along with the ones from the previous day) inviting them to the Thursday night Bible study.
On Day 3, we tabled at Valencia South (Kissimmee) and within one hour of tabling we ran out of Bibles! It was by far the busiest campus. Local saints joined us by inviting students to the BfA table and all the trainees were engaged with multiple students one after another nonstop. After we ran out of Bibles (73), we passed out BfA cards that showed them how to order it online and got contact information for those who we wanted to personally give a Bible to next week so they would not have to wait 4-6 weeks for a Bible to ship to them.
Thursday evening, four new contacts came and all shared at the Bible study! They really enjoyed the sweet loving atmosphere with those who were actively pursuing Christ & shared their feelings of encouragement since some had been falling away from the Lord. They really felt at home & expressed this sentiment.
Our major prayer burden continues to be regarding the follow-up, that the Lord will have the remaining fruit He desires from this year’s contacts.
The highlight of the days was really seeing how hungry Orlando’s students are, being with the local saints, and “fishing” with them because we share the same burden of gaining remaining fruit on the many local college campuses.
Attached is a photo of the trainees tabling at UCF, and 2 photos of the Bible study.

Jackson, MS/Birmingham, AL—Gospel Trip, Report 1
We have arrived in Jackson, MS! We praise the Lord for this opportunity to blend and serve with the saints in this side of the country. Our first day was mainly filled with getting to know the saints. During the latter part of our day we did an inventory for a BfA distribution that will take place this Friday (Jan. 26). We are trusting in the Lord that He will be the one speaking through us and all of the local saints. The locals in Mississippi are known for their knowledge of the Word. So we ask the Lord for His mercy when we speak the high gospel.
During the evening time, we joined the Chinese-speaking saints for a small home meeting/gospel dinner. Four new ones attended and the trainees and local saints were able to testify of their experiences and enjoyment of Christ. There was a very positive response from the new ones, and we invited them back to the home meeting next week. With all of this, we would kindly request that we pray for the following burdens:
Prayer Burdens:
- That the Lord would bless the Walmart Bible distribution that will happen on Friday (Jan 25th) and Friday (Jan 1st).
- That many locals would tune in to the church’s radio station broadcasting the ministry (we will be hanging door-hangers in the coming days to advertise the station).
- That the four new ones who attended the Chinese-speaking meeting would be saved and would enter the church life.
Thank you so much for your prayers!

St. Louis, MO—Gospel Trip, Report 2
Praise the Lord for the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL)! Although we were open to contact whoever was open, our burden was for seeking ones who could possibly become remaining fruit. So instead of simply passing out Bibles and tracts, we sought to have conversations with the people we contacted.
We had the Bible distribution at UMSL. Many local community saints, especially those who live near the campus joined the whole time. It was so precious to see how burdened the saints were. Many of the students were open to speak to us and receive free Bible, a number of which were open for follow-up appointments and college meetings. At least five students committed to coming to the college meeting on Friday. There was supposed to be one college meeting, but to take care of the new ones, the saints are considering having a separate meeting for the new ones and the local saints are open and very flexible to the schedule changes. May the Lord continue to cover the contacting of the students during this trip. May His will be done in St. Louis!
Prayer Burdens:
- Five remaining fruit
- Covering of the college meetings on Friday and follow-up appointments. Some of the names to pray for are:
- H: very open and wants to meet up
- AlH: already had an appointment today and is willing to meet again
- MO: already had an appointment today and is willing to meet again
- DJ: very open and would like to connect her friends to the Christian students in UMSL
- MB: soft and open; will be meeting on Saturday
- I: open and will be meeting on Saturday
- Job-dropping full-time serving ones to care for the seeking college students
